Bourbon Reds are a rare American bred Turkey that has been part of the APA American Poultry Association since 1909! They made great backyard and farm turkeys. Toms are 23 lbs and Hens are 14 lbs. We will be showing our Turkeys in 2023. They are used for both meat and egg production.
