Kunekunes are originally from New Zealand. They are grazing pigs and do not root like a traditional pigs. They are smaller than the average farm pig which makes them great for homesteading, hobby farmers and pets. They are friendlier than other breeds since they were raised living with the families and people of New Zealand.

This is our first Mommy. She was born 9/13/2015 and we got her in July of 2016. She had her first litter on April 18, 2017 with our first Boar Valentine. She is double registered with the American Kunekune Pig Society and American KuneKune Pig Registry. Millie had her 2nd litter March 23, 2018 with seven healthy piglets! She is currently for sale and makes an excellent mother.

Panda came to us pregnant in February 2019 and had her very first litter of 7 healthy piglets April 19, 2019. 5 girls and 2 boys all with excellent conformation and beautiful markings. She is also the sweetest mom and continued to let the babies eat out of her dish even when they were older.

This little girl we retained from Panda's first litter. She is on the smaller side so we are hoping she will stay small but there is no guarantee we are just going to have to wait and see. She also has cool markings with a ginger head and black and white body.

Rebar came to Halbert Farm February 2019. He loves to talk and will grunt and make cute little piggy noises till we come over and pet him. He will be a first time dad with Millie June 2019.

We got Uno in June of 2017. He is the daddy to the 7 piglets born March 2018. He is a super sweet guy. Loves his belly rubs and spends most of his time in his pool trying to keep cool. He loves Millie and gets really sad when they can't be together. Uno has had 30 offspring with 40 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren all registered with AKKPS! He is also dual registered with AKPR.
